(This post was originally posted by me on the Coronation Street Blog in May, 2010.)With Blanche Hunt's funeral airing this week, it made me wonder why Blanche was such a battleaxe when she used to be so fun and cheerful. It's true, too.
Blanche was an up beat and optimistic woman with a glad-eye for the fellas. Well, that part never changed, but she became cranky and pessimistic in her old age.
